CAS:NP-AHD is an ester compound that is a matrix effect additive. 3,5-Dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS) is added to the organic solvent and then hydrochloric acid is added to the mixture. The mixture is then heated for about two hours until it becomes clear. The clear liquid is then cooled and filtered to remove any precipitates before being evaporated in vacuo. Lc-MS/MS methods are used to detect NP-AHD and the results are validated with animals and plasma samples.Formula:C10H8N4O4Purity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:SolidMolecular weight:248.2 g/mol
