CAS:Mosapride is an oral drug for the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases, such as a cavity. It is used to stimulate insulin sensitivity and to reduce insulin resistance. Mosapride has been shown to inhibit oxidative phosphorylation in vitro. Mosapride also acts on 5-HT4 receptors and has been shown to be a potent 5-HT4 receptor agonist. This drug contains crystalline cellulose, which is a filler that can cause allergic reactions. Other ingredients are proton and particle, which are excipients that may cause allergic reactions or other side effects, including dizziness and headache.
