The separation of these enantiomers was achieved using a butanoic acid mobile phase with a flow rate of 1 mL/min. The elution order was found to be (R)-2-oxo-1-pyrrolidineacetic acid ethylester > (S)-2-oxo-1-pyrrolidineacetic acid ethylester.
