Diazolidinyl urea has been shown to be effective against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, yeast, and mold. The analytical method for diazolidinyl urea is well established, with detection limits of 0.1 ppm. Diazolidinyl urea is stable under normal conditions, but can be degraded by heat or pH changes.
