    <p>Posatirelin is a drug that is used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's disease, including motor and non-motor symptoms. It has been shown to be effective in improving motor skills, reducing tremors and stiffness, improving speech and cognitive function, and increasing energy levels. This drug is administered as an injection into the muscle or under the skin. The most common side effects are pain at the site of injection, headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and sleepiness. Posatirelin is metabolized by cytochrome P450 enzymes in the liver and excreted in urine as metabolites.
