:Droloxifene
Description:
Droloxifene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that is primarily investigated for its potential use in the treatment of breast cancer. It exhibits both estrogenic and anti-estrogenic properties, depending on the target tissue, which allows it to modulate estrogen activity effectively. The compound is characterized by its ability to bind to estrogen receptors, influencing gene expression and cellular proliferation. Droloxifene has been studied for its pharmacological effects, including its impact on bone density and lipid profiles, making it a candidate for addressing conditions related to estrogen deficiency. Its chemical structure includes a phenolic group, which is essential for its interaction with estrogen receptors. As with many SERMs, the therapeutic benefits of Droloxifene come with a profile of potential side effects, including the risk of thromboembolic events. Ongoing research continues to explore its efficacy and safety in various clinical settings, contributing to the understanding of its role in hormone-related therapies.

(E)-3-Hydroxy tamoxifen
CAS:Controlled Product(E)-3-Hydroxy tamoxifen is a synthetic drug that has been used for the treatment of vaginal atrophy and breast cancer. (E)-3-Hydroxy tamoxifen is a prodrug that is hydrolyzed in vivo to its active form, 4-hydroxytamoxifen. It has been shown to be an effective anti-cancer compound that binds to calcium ions and inhibits the production of IGF-I in rat liver microsomes and carcinoma cell lines. The metabolite of (E)-3-hydroxy tamoxifen, endoxifen, is also a potent estrogen antagonist and has been shown to prevent bowel disease in rats. (E)-3-Hydroxy tamoxifen has also been shown to inhibit the growth of breast cancer cells with oestrogen receptors.Formula:C26H29NO2Purity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:White PowderMolecular weight:387.51 g/mol(E)-3-Hydroxy Tamoxifen
