CAS:
The interactive response of 21-chloro-17α-[(2-furanylcarbonxyl-d3)oxy]-9β,11β-oxido-16α-methylpregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione (CLD) and eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) is statistically significant. The combination of CLD and benzalkonium chloride (BZK) was more effective than BZK alone in reducing nasal symptoms in a population with allergic rhinitis. Furthermore, the combination of CLD and mometasone furoate (MF) is more effective than MF alone in reducing bronchoconstrictor response to methacholine in subjects with asthma. CLD and MF are not significantly different from each other. CLD is an agonist for the glucocorticoid receptor and has been shown to have antihistaminic effects at high concentrations in vitro.
Formula:C27H29ClO6Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:485 g/mol
