:astragaloside Ⅰ
Description:
Astragaloside I is a natural compound primarily derived from the root of Astragalus membranaceus, a traditional medicinal herb. It belongs to the class of saponins, which are glycosides with a steroid or triterpenoid aglycone. Astragaloside I is known for its potential pharmacological properties, including immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant effects. The compound exhibits a complex structure characterized by a sugar moiety attached to a triterpenoid backbone, which contributes to its biological activity. It is soluble in water and organic solvents, making it suitable for various extraction and formulation processes. Research has indicated that astragaloside I may enhance cellular immunity and promote longevity, although further studies are necessary to fully elucidate its mechanisms of action and therapeutic potential. As with many natural products, the efficacy and safety of astragaloside I can be influenced by factors such as dosage, preparation method, and individual patient characteristics.

CAS:
Isoastragaloside I is a natural compound that is extracted from the Chinese herb, Isatis indigotica. It has shown to have anti-inflammatory activity in vitro and in vivo, and may be a potential therapeutic agent for inflammatory bowel disease. Isoastragaloside I inhibits the activation of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) which can stimulate inflammation. This inhibition may be due to its ability to suppress TLR4-mediated activation of nuclear factor kappa B (NFκB) and subsequent production of proinflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα). The cytotoxicity of isoaistragaloside I was evaluated using bovine fetal liver cells. It showed no toxicity on cells at concentrations up to 1000 μM, demonstrating that it is safe for use in vivo.
Formula:C45H72O16Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:869.04 g/mol
