Vildagliptin is a DPP-​4 enzyme inhibitor, has anti-oxidant properties and used as an apoptotic agent on pancreatic cancer . Vildagliptin is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and improve the endothelial function of patients.
