4-Bromo-N-(2,3-dihydro-6-methoxy-1,3-dimethyl-2-oxo-1H-benzimidazol-5-yl)-2-methylbenzenesulfonamide (4BrMBS) is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets the epidermal growth factor receptor. It has been shown to have high cytotoxicity against cancer cells and good anti inflammatory properties. 4BrMBS inhibits the proliferation of tumor cells by interfering with the epidermal growth factor receptor.
