Structural analysis of 5-nitrobenzimidizole was done at different dose groups, which showed that the skeleton structure of this molecule was unchanged. The Langmuir adsorption isotherm for 5-nitrobenzimidizole displays a linear relationship between the concentration and surface area. Molecular docking analysis revealed that ethylene diamine could potentially act as a reactant for 5-nitrobenzimidizole, forming an adduct with it.
