BB2-50F is a potent, multi-targeting bioenergetic bactericidal inhibitor of M. tuberculosis that sterilizes both replicating and non-replicating M. tuberculosis. It inhibits succinate oxidation, decreases the activity of the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle, and results in succinate secretion from M. tuberculosis. [1]

Ionomycin calcium (SQ23377 calcium) is an effective and selective calcium ionophore, exhibiting high specificity for calcium ions. Cost-effective and quality-assured.

Applications A macrolide isolated from Penicillium brefeldianum. It affects the vesticular transport of the Golgi apparatus and induces DNA fragmentation which leads to apoptosis.
