CAS:Versatile small molecule scaffoldFormula:C7H14O4SPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:194.25 g/mol3-Methoxypyrazine-2-carbaldehyde
CAS:3-Methoxypyrazine-2-carbaldehyde (3MP) is a synthetic, biomimetic molecule that can be produced through a biomimetic synthesis. It has been shown to be an effective inhibitor of the enzyme schischkiniin. 3MP also has bidirectional reactivity and can act as both a nucleophile and electrophile. 3MP thermally reacts with dicarbaldehydes to form the natural product pyrazinyl and it can also react with amides to form amidations. 3MP has been shown to have antimicrobial properties against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The sequence of this molecule is shown below:

CAS:Versatile small molecule scaffoldFormula:C11H16ClNOPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:213.7 g/mol2-(2-Hydroxyethoxy)benzamide
CAS:2-(2-Hydroxyethoxy)benzamide is a dopamine receptor agonist that inhibits 5-HT3 receptors in vitro. It is an orally active drug that has been shown to have a good safety profile in humans. 2-(2-Hydroxyethoxy)benzamide has also been shown to be a 5-HT4 receptor antagonist, which may account for the lack of serotonin syndrome in animal studies. This drug can cause intestinal contractions and nausea, and may also cause symptoms such as headache, dizziness, and insomnia. Levosulpiride is a selective 5-HT4 receptor agonist that may be more effective than 2-(2-Hydroxyethoxy)benzamide at alleviating the gastrointestinal side effects of this drug.Formula:C9H11NO3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:181.19 g/molEthyl 4-oxo-2-sulfanylidene-1,3-thiazolidine-5-carboxylate
