CAS:Controlled Product
2-[4-(4-Methylbenzenesulfonyl)piperazin-1-yl]acetic acid hydrochloride is a potent, selective inhibitor of the sodium channel Nav1.8. It has been shown to inhibit the function of Nav1.8 in human neurons and rat dorsal root ganglia, which may be useful for the treatment of pain associated with inflammation and neuropathic pain conditions. 2-[4-(4-Methylbenzenesulfonyl)piperazin-1-yl]acetic acid hydrochloride binds to the extracellular domain of Nav1.8 with high affinity. This binding prevents the opening of the channel pore and inhibits voltage gating by blocking sodium ion permeability through the channel pore.
Formula:C13H19ClN2O4SPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:334.82 g/mol4-[(4-Amino-3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl]benzoic acid

CAS:
Versatile small molecule scaffold
Formula:C7H10ClN3OPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:187.63 g/mol1-(Pyrrolidin-2-ylmethyl)-1H-pyrazole
CAS:
The compound 1-(pyrrolidin-2-ylmethyl)-1H-pyrazole is a low-molecular-weight pyrazole analogue that has been shown to be an effective chemotherapeutic agent for the treatment of cancer, specifically in lung and breast cancers. It is synthesized by alkylation with 2-(trimethylsilyl)ethanol and methyl iodide in the presence of copper (II) chloride to form 1-(pyrrolidin-2-ylmethyl)-1H-pyrazole. The product was purified by recrystallization from ethyl acetate and ethanol. This compound is a multigram synthetic template for the synthesis of imidazoles, triazoles, and pyrazoles. Deprotection of the hydroxymethyl group at position 4 yields the corresponding amine or alcohol. Hydrophilic substituents are tolerated on position 3, while bulky groups are tolerated on positions 1
Formula:C8H13N3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:151.21 g/mol2-(3,5-Dimethylpyridin-2-yl)ethan-1-ol
