CAS:4-Mercaptophthalic acid is an alkaline chemical that is used in the pharmaceutical industry. It can act as a hardener, and is often used in the manufacture of polymers. 4-Mercaptophthalic acid reacts with metal hydroxides to produce alkali metal sulfides, which are soluble in water. 4-Mercaptophthalic acid also reacts with sodium hydroxide to form sodium hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen sulfide gas, which has a strong offensive odor. This chemical has been shown to be harmful if inhaled or ingested, and should be handled with protective equipment.Formula:C8H6O4SPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:198.2 g/mol(2-Chlorophenyl)(4-ethylphenyl)methanone

CAS:Versatile small molecule scaffoldFormula:C8H16N2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:140.23 g/mol2-Chloro-6(methylamino)purine
CAS:2-Chloro-6(methylamino)purine is a potent inhibitor of xanthine oxidase. It is structurally similar to allopurinol, an inhibitor of xanthine oxidase that is used to treat gout. 2-Chloro-6(methylamino)purine inhibits the enzyme by forming a noncompetitive complex with it, which prevents the production of uric acid. This compound has been shown to be effective at inhibiting xanthine oxidase in humans and has been used as a lead compound for the development of new inhibitors of this enzyme.

CAS:Versatile small molecule scaffoldFormula:C10H16BrN2PPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:275.13 g/mol[(2-Bromophenyl)(dimethylamino)phosphanyl]dimethylamine
CAS:[(2-Bromophenyl)(dimethylamino)phosphanyl]dimethylamine is a β-unsaturated phosphane with a conformation that is stabilized by the presence of a double bond. The compound has been found to undergo two types of reactions, cyclization and acyclic rearrangement. The β-unsaturated phosphane undergoes cyclization at elevated temperatures, producing an unsaturated ketone. The acyclic rearrangement produces an α,β-unsaturated aldehyde through elimination of water and release of hydrogen gas. This reaction can be observed in the spectra as a protonated carbonyl band at 1725 cm−1. In addition to these two reactions, [(2-bromophenyl)(dimethylamino)phosphanyl]dimethylamine also forms an adduct with phenylacetaldehyde. This adduct has been shown to have antiinflammatory properties in vitro.Formula:C10H16BrN2PPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:275.13 g/molDimethyl Cyclopentylmalonate
CAS:Dimethyl cyclopentylmalonate (DMCPM) is a solid polymerization catalyst that can be used in organic synthesis. It is synthesized by reacting an alkyl malonate with an aluminium chloride. DMCPM has been shown to initiate free radical polymerization of various monomers and polymers, such as polystyrene, poly(methyl methacrylate), and poly(vinyl acetate). This compound also has high activity in the production of polypropylene from ethylene, propylene, and butadiene. DMCPM can be synthesized from magnesium metal and a hydrocarbon group.

CAS:Methyl 4-amino-3-phenylisothiazole-5-carboxylate (MPI) is a molecule that has been synthesized for experimental purposes. MPI interacts with polymorphs of other molecules, such as the crystalline form of caffeine. Its interaction energies are dependent on the type and number of solvents used and the crystallographic orientation. The structure of MPI has been determined using a centrosymmetric crystal packing model, which is based on pairwise interactions. MPI is volatile, but it can be stored at a temperature below −20 °C. It can be stored in an orientations with different molecular energies.Formula:C11H10N2O2SPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:234.27 g/mol2-(Bromomethyl)-4-fluoro-1-nitrobenzene
