4-Chloro-6,7-dimethoxy-quinoline-3-carbonitrile
CAS:
4-Chloro-6,7-dimethoxy-quinoline-3-carbonitrile is a reagent that can be used to synthesize aminomethylpyridones. The synthesis of these compounds is carried out by the reaction of 4-chloro-6,7-dimethoxy quinoline with 2 equivalents of methyl 4-(bromomethyl)pyridine in the presence of a base such as sodium hydride. This compound is also used as a catalyst for the synthesis of 1,4,5,8-tetrahydroquinoline derivatives and some other heterocycles. The microwave technique has been shown to be an effective way to carry out this reaction with high yields. Synthesis reactions are optimized by varying the temperature and stoichiometry.
Formula:C12H9ClN2O2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:248.67 g/mol2-Fluoro-4,6-diMethoxy-benzaldehyde

CAS:
3-Fluoro-4-(hydroxymethyl)benzoic acid is a chemical compound that has been used in the synthesis of peptides. It reacts with an amino acid and a coupling agent to produce an amide bond, which can be monitored using spectroscopy. The incorporation of fluorine atoms into the molecule increases its stability and helps to prevent unwanted side reactions. This product is often used as a linker in solid-phase peptide synthesis. 3-Fluoro-4-(hydroxymethyl)benzoic acid can be used in the preparation of analogues that are more stable than their starting material or have improved biological properties.
Formula:C8H7FO3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:170.14 g/mol4-Bromo-2-methyl-5-(methylamino)pyridazin-3(2H)-one
