CAS:
Versatile small molecule scaffold
Formula:C10H6ClN3OPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:219.63 g/molEthyl 5-bromo-1H-imidazole-4-carboxylate
CAS:
Ethyl 5-bromo-1H-imidazole-4-carboxylate is a synthetic compound that can be synthesized in the laboratory. It is used as a test compound to study the biological properties of retinoids and has been shown to have pharmacokinetic properties similar to those of endogenous synthesis. This synthetic retinoid is an analog of all-trans retinoic acid and has been shown to have biological activity similar to that of all-trans retinoic acid in the presence of an enzyme called histone lysine acyltransferase (KAT). The terminal half life, which describes how long it takes for a drug to be eliminated from the body, was found to be approximately 2 hours. The experimentally determined activation energy for this reaction was found to be -9.3 kcal/mol.
Formula:C6H7BrN2O2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:219.04 g/mol[5-(3-Bromophenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl]methanamine

CAS:
2-Chloro-N-methylpyridin-4-amine is a medicinal compound that has been shown to have a potential antitumor effect. It has been shown to inhibit the kinase Chk1, which is involved in DNA damage response pathways. 2-Chloro-N-methylpyridin-4-amine also inhibits the tumor growth in human tumor xenografts. This drug is orally bioavailable and shows a good pharmacokinetic profile in mice. It also has an optimized structure that leads to increased potency and reduced toxicity. 2-Chloro-N-methylpyridin-4-amine was tested in tumor xenografts and showed promising results with regards to tumor shrinkage and response rates.
Formula:C6H7ClN2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:142.58 g/mol5-Fluoro-1,3-benzoxazole-2-carbaldehyde
