CAS:N-Debenzoyl-N-hexanoylpaclitaxel (DHBPTx) is an analog of paclitaxel. It inhibits cell proliferation by binding to the diketone group at the C-10 position of baccatin III, which inhibits the synthesis of taxol and other natural products with a diketone group at this position. DHBPTx is effective against colorectal carcinoma cells in culture, but has not been tested in vivo. This drug has also been shown to be effective against breast cancer cells that express high levels of 10-deacetylase activity. It is metabolized into 10-deacetylbaccatin III, which binds to cellular protein kinase C and causes inhibition of mitosis and apoptosis. In addition, DHBPTx can be conjugated with other drugs such as doxorubicin or vincristine to increase their effectiveness.

CAS:N-Methyltaxol C is an amide derivative of the taxane family. It has been shown to increase systolic pressure in animal models and acts as a cardiac depressant. N-Methyltaxol C also has arrhythmogenic properties, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the inward flow of potassium ions through the cardiac membrane. This drug is being studied for its potential use in cancer treatment, specifically for cancer that arises from breast cells. N-Methyltaxol C has been shown to inhibit the growth of human breast cancer cells in vitro and to induce apoptosis in these cells. The mechanism by which it does this is not yet known, but it is thought that it may work by interfering with cell cycle progression or DNA synthesis by inhibiting protein synthesis or DNA replication.Formula:C47H59NO14Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:861.97 g/molDocetaxel impurity D
CAS:Docetaxel Impurity D is an impurity found in the formulation of Docetaxel, a drug used to treat cancer. The impurity is a 10-deacetylated form of docetaxel that has been shown to have chiral properties. Docetaxel Impurity D can be separated from the active ingredient through chromatographic techniques and quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography. It has been found to be present in all batches of docetaxel tested, but at different concentrations.Formula:C43H51NO14Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:805.86 g/molMidostaurin Impurity 2
CAS:Midostaurin Impurity 2 is a drug product that has been custom synthesized by our scientists. It is of high purity, and is used in analytical studies to understand its metabolism. This impurity also plays a role in drug development and pharmacopoeia. It can be found under CAS No. 155848-20-7, and has the molecular formula C10H16N4O2S. This compound has an analytical standard at HPLC, which can be used to make sure that it's purity meets FDA standards for research and development purposes.
