CAS:Ac-Met-AMC is a nucleoside analog that is an active inhibitor of the enzyme DNA polymerase. This drug has been shown to be effective in preventing the growth of cancer cells in tissue cultures, and it has also been used to study the relationship between isoforms and oxygenated species.
