This Reagecon Vapour Pressure Calibration Standard 2 Compound Mix is a ready to use standard used as either a calibrant or as an analytical quality control material for standard test methods for vapour pressure measurement of petroleum products and liquid fuels. The product can also be used to validate appropriate test methods or qualify an instrument in a regulated industry.
- This standard is used in in accordance with the International Standard ASTM D5191 using infrared (IR) instrumentation.
- The identity of each standard is verified using a high performance calibrated Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS Instrument). The mass spectrum of each of the analytes is confirmed by comparison with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) mass spectral library.
