Aldol® 355 fluorescence enhancer can be combined with Aldol® substrates, releasing water-insoluble dyes upon enzymatic cleavage, such as Aldol® 470 range, Aldol® 495 range, Aldol® 518 range, and Aldol®515 range of fluorogenic enzyme substrates.
