AquaSpark® beta-D-glucuronide, 10 mM in DMSO, is a chromogenic substrate that can be used to detect the presence of beta-glucuronidase enzyme. The substrate is a blue fluorescent compound that can be detected by fluorimetry or chemiluminescence. AquaSpark® beta-D-glucuronide, 10 mM in DMSO, has been shown to be an excellent ligand for binding to beta-glucuronidase and can be used for detection of this enzyme in food testing and culture media. The product also has high purity, being obtained from Sigma Aldrich Corporation with CAS No. 2484873-21-2 and Staining.
