Description:
Savinin is a natural product that is extracted from the flowers of Carthamus tinctorius. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of skin cancer cells in vitro and may be effective for other types of cancers. Savinin inhibits the enzyme fatty acid synthase, which is involved in the synthesis of fatty acids.
