Description:

5,7,8-Trimethoxydictamnine is a secondary metabolite of plant origin. It is isolated from the bark of Dictamnus dasycarpus L. and has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. 5,7,8-Trimethoxydictamnine has also been found to have anti-inflammatory effects and may be useful in the treatment of inflammation or cancer. This compound can be used as a reference material for HPLC standards, analytical standards, or as an active ingredient in research and development. 5,7,8-Trimethoxydictamnine is offered in high purity with a CAS number of 521-43-7.
