Product Information

Name:
Isolinderalactone
Description:

Isolinderalactone is a sesquiterpene lactone that has inhibitory properties against bowel disease and cancer. It also inhibits the apoptosis pathway in cells, leading to cell lysis. Isolinderalactone has been shown to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and immunomodulatory effects. It can be used for the treatment of bowel disease, cancer, and other diseases that are caused by oxidative stress. Isolinderalactone may also be useful for the prevention of heart failure or stroke. This drug binds to an allosteric site on mitochondrial membranes and induces cell death through caspase-independent pathways. Isolinderalactone may also be used as a natural drug due to its molecular docking analysis with tubulin polymerization factor 1 (WST-1).
