MS-444 is a light-chain kinase inhibitor that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of malignant glioma cells and cancer cell lines, such as HCT116. It has been shown to inhibit tumor growth and induce apoptosis in xenografts. MS-444 is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm, and selectively inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells by binding to their surface receptors. This molecule also stabilizes the tumor microenvironment by inhibiting pro-inflammatory cytokine production.
