Product Information
SAR-20347 is a small molecule that regulates the microenvironment of autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis. It inhibits PD-L1, an immune checkpoint receptor expressed on T cells and regulatory T cells. SAR-20347 is orally administered to immunocompetent mice and reduces the number of CD4+ T cells in lymph nodes, spleen, and peripheral blood. In addition, it inhibits tumor growth by infiltration of infiltrating immune cells into the tumor tissue. This agent also has anti-tumor activity in animal models of cancer without affecting healthy tissues.
