(4aS,8aS,9S)-3-(Benzyloxy)-4a-((tert-butyldimethylsilyl)oxy)-9-(diethylamino)-8a,9-dihydronaphtho[2,3-d]isoxazole-4,5(4aH,8H)-dione is a potent inhibitor of protein interactions. It has been shown to inhibit the interaction between the receptor for peptide hormones and its ligand. The IC50 for this inhibition is less than 1 μM. This compound also has been used as a research tool to study protein interactions and as an antibody to measure ion channel activity.
