Product Information
Crolibulin is an active analogue of the naturally occurring protein uroplakin II. Uroplakin II is a tumor-associated antigen that has been shown to be a marker for urothelial carcinoma and other cancers. Crolibulin disrupts the tumor cells by binding to the monoclonal antibody, which can then activate cellular apoptosis signaling pathways. In addition, crolibulin binds to and inhibits cell growth in vitro and in vivo models of cancer.
