Description:
Pentaerythrityl Tetraiodide is a synthetic chemical that is used as a precursor to other organic compounds. It is generally not used on its own, but rather in the production of other substances. Pentaerythrityl Tetraiodide has been shown to be an effective catalyst for the synthesis of acrylonitrile and methyl ethyl ketone from chloroform and carbon tetrachloride.
