In addition, it was found to have synergistic effects when combined with Jak2 inhibitors or diazepine derivatives. 1H-Indole-4-carboxamide has been shown to inhibit the tyrosine kinase activity of the JAK2 protein and inhibit cell proliferation in murine melanoma cells.
