Product Information
- CPI-444Ciforadent
CPI 444 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the adenosine receptor. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of tumor cells in mice, with an IC50 of 1.3 mg/kg. CPI 444 has also been shown to inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells in vitro by blocking cell cycle progression through G1 phase and arresting cells in G2 phase. This drug is being investigated as a potential treatment for cancer, including urothelial carcinoma and renal cell cancer, as well as other solid tumours. The mechanism of action of CPI 444 is not clear but may be due to its ability to induce death protein-mediated apoptosis or alter the microenvironment by binding to toll-like receptors on immune cells.
