Compound 15 also exhibits receptor activity against the human HL-60 cell line, which is a leukemia cell line. It is also active against other types of cancer cells, such as human breast cancer cells. Compound 15 has been shown to be active in metabolic disorders, such as diabetes mellitus type II and obesity. This drug also has an active analogue with similar properties called Compound 16.
