Description:
6-(4-(3-Chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1H-imidazol-5-yl)imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazine-3-carbonitrile is a potent and selective inhibitor of human Kv1.3 channels. This compound has been shown to inhibit the activation of human T lymphocytes by inhibiting Kv1.3 channels. 6-(4-(3-Chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1H-imidazol-5-yl)imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazine has also been shown to be a potential research tool for studying ion channels and their role in cell biology.
