LSN 2463359 has been shown to be safe and well tolerated in vivo studies in rats and mice. The drug improved ADHD-related symptoms in rodent models of ADHD. LSN 2463359 also reduced cataplexy episodes in narcoleptic patients who had been unresponsive to other treatments.
