Silodosin-d4 is a potent inhibitor that has been used in the treatment of cancer. It is an analog of silodosin, which acts as a kinase inhibitor and induces apoptosis in cancer cells. Silodosin-d4 can be detected in human urine after administration of iloprost, a prostacyclin analogue commonly used for pulmonary hypertension therapy.
