Description:B2M (B 2 microglobulin) is a major component of the MHC class I molecule. The B2M calibrator-3 is a 25nmol/mL solution of B2M, which is used as a calibration standard for proteomics and Biologically Active Peptides. The calibrator-3 contains B2M in 0.1% formic acid at pH 3.5. The peptide TrypTides can be used to inhibit trypsin activity, which may be useful in proteomics experiments involving peptide cleavage.
