It has been shown to be effective against mouse tumor cells and inhibits the growth of human cancer cells. SDZ-62-434 also has antineoplastic properties and can inhibit tumour cell proliferation. This drug has shown potential as an antitumor agent, and it has been shown to have costimulatory effects on T cells. SDZ-62-434 also binds to T cells and potentiates their response by increasing cytokine production, including tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNFα).
