Description:Rosabulin is a conjugate of indibulin and an anticancer drug that selectively targets tumor vasculature. It is a linker that binds to the CD44 receptor on the surface of tumor cells, with human serum albumin as a carrier. The drug has been shown to suppress tumor growth in animal models by binding to CD44 receptors on tumor vessels, inhibiting the formation of new blood vessels necessary for cancer growth. Rosabulin has also been shown to be effective in treating colorectal cancer, lung and breast cancer.
