Description

Direct Fast Brown M is a reactive, dichroic, volatile fatty acid that is acidic and has a hydroxy group. It can be used as an amine by adding an amine to the molecule. Direct Fast Brown M can also be activated with aliphatic hydrocarbons to form an aliphatic hydrocarbon. This compound can also be used as a carbon source in polymer film formation or as a thermodynamic control on the surface of metals. The structure of this compound is made up of an aliphatic chain with one or more hydroxy groups at the terminal end, which may have an aromatic ring attached to it. The molecular weight of this compound ranges from 100-200 g/mol.
