Product Information
Glucodigifucoside is a purpurea that has been shown to have cytotoxic effects against cancer cells. It has been found to be a potent cytotoxic agent, which inhibits the growth of tumour cells in vitro and in vivo. The structure of glucodigifucoside was determined by NMR spectroscopy, and it was found to bear a close resemblance to lanatosides A and B, cardenolides, and cardiac glycosides. Glucodigifucoside also contains six hydroxyl groups, which can be acetylated with acetic anhydride.
