Description:FDU-PB-22 is a synthetic cannabinoid derivative that has potent agonist activity at cannabinoid receptors. It is an analog of JWH-018 and has been detected in urine samples of human subjects, as well as in rat and mouse models. The metabolic fate of FDU-PB-22 has been studied in vitro and in vivo using LC/MS/MS methods. This analogue was found to be metabolized by hydroxylation, alkylation, and cleavage. In vitro assays showed that this compound enhanced the release of proinflammatory cytokines from human immune cells stimulated with LPS or TNFα.
