Tetrahydrocurcumin monoglucuronide is an analog of curcumin, a natural compound found in turmeric. It has been shown to have potent anticancer properties by inhibiting kinases involved in cancer cell growth and proliferation. Tetrahydrocurcumin monoglucuronide has also been found to inhibit testosterone production, making it a potential treatment for hormone-dependent cancers such as prostate cancer.
