NESS-0327 is a ligand that binds to the CB2 receptor and inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines. It has been shown to be effective in mouse models of autoimmune diseases, metabolic disorders, and oxidative stress. NESS-0327 has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties by inhibiting acetylcholinesterase activity and modulating energy metabolism. This drug also has an effect on intracellular calcium concentration and fatty acid metabolism. NESS-0327 is a pyrazole derivative that has been shown to inhibit polymerase chain reaction (PCR) uptake in fatty acid cells.
