EPIHRSTLTALL was found via phage library screening as the most selective ligand possible IgG1, and also highly stable. It binds to the constant region of IgG1 known as humanized anti-Tac (HAT). HAT is a humanized monoclonal antibody against the low-affinity p55 subunit of the interleukin IL-2 receptor.
