Product Information
ENOblock is a drug that inhibits the uptake of fatty acids. It prevents the formation of fatty acid-containing molecules and inhibits cancer cell growth. ENOblock also has pro-inflammatory effects, which may contribute to its anti-cancer activity. The molecule binds to the fatty acid receptor CD36 in cells and blocks its ability to take up fatty acids. This leads to an accumulation of free fatty acids in the blood and tissues, which can inhibit cancer cell growth by inducing apoptosis or inhibiting tumor invasion. ENOblock may also be used in combination with other drugs for metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus type 2.br>
ENOblock also inhibits osteoclast formation, a process that removes bone tissue and increases risk for osteoporosis.br>
This drug has been shown to have stem cell-like properties, as it stimulates energy metabolism and supports stem cell self-renewal while inhibiting differentiation into adipocytes.br>
