The x-ray crystal structures of thiamine triphosphate with its substrate molecule have been determined by X-ray crystallography. These structures are available at PDB ID 1TMP and 1THP. The reaction solution used to determine these structures was phosphate buffer, pH 7.0, at 30 degrees Celsius.
