Description:

NHS-m-dPEG®(MW = 1214) is a reactive compound that can be used as a building block in peptide synthesis. It has been shown to react with methoxy groups and form covalent bonds through the addition of a nucleophilic hydroxyl group. NHS-m-dPEG®(MW = 1214) is a high yield reagent for valine amidation and amide bond formation, which may be useful for kinetic studies. This compound reacts with flavin mononucleotide to form an activated electrophile and can be used as an actuator in fluorescent labelling.
