Quanta BioDesign's D-PEG4-t-Butyl Ester is a reagent for modification of surfaces. This product is a building block for attachment to surfaces and is used in peptide synthesis. It is also used as a reactive and thiophilic reagent for the synthesis of dPEGs. The product can be synthesized with different lengths, such as 3, 5, 10, 20, 30, or 40 carbon atoms. Quanta BioDesign's D-PEG4-t-Butyl Ester has been shown to react with amines on the surface of gold nanoparticles and silver nanoparticles.
