Fmoc-N-amido-dPEG®4-acid is a peptide sequence building block that can be used in the synthesis of peptides. It is synthesized by reacting Fmoc-amino acid with dPEG®4-acid to form an amide bond. The amine group of the amino acid reacts with the carboxyl group of the dPEG®4-acid, forming an amide bond through a condensation reaction. Fmoc-N-amido-dPEG®4-Acid is available as a solid phase synthesis reagent for use in peptide synthesis and as a reagent for pegylation. It is also available as a Quanta BioDesign Building Block for use in peptide synthesis and as a Reagent for dPEG Peptide Synthesis Reagents with Spacers Fnoc-Based Solid Phase Synthesis.
